An individual valuation means the determining of the value of an object of the valuation for the purpose of a transaction, expropriation, land readjustment or for other purposes, at the request of the land owner or persons with a legitimate interest.

Individual valuation of objects belonging to the state is carried out in accordance with the “Procedure of Individual Valuation of Land”, established by the Government of the Republic.

A valuator of land is a person who has obtained a respective activity licence in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic.

ERI Kinnisvara holds a land valuator’s activity licence, issued by the Land Board.
